I am slow at these kind of things, always trying to do a good job of it. I asked my W last night "what do I cook the best?" Her reply: "everything you make you do a good job of." <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> Then she said: "why do you want to know." I told her about the BBQ and she rolled her eyes and asked if we didn't have something better to do. My reply: "you would have to know Spacecase." (That applies to all the rest of you too!!) I'm still thinking about what to bring, but I lean towards Dutch Oven pork spare ribs and Dutch Oven Potatos. If you cook the ribs for about 4 hours you can cut'em with a fork and they melt in your mouth. SS

All right y'all! Friday afternoon and the BBQ's still goin'. I'm gonna dig these grits outa this pot and make me some OW Stew. She ain't gonna make much with her bony little self but what there is I'll surely enjoy. DH will probably want me to make it easy on her and drop her in boiling water so she won't suffer as much, but I'm gonna start her in cold and turn the heat on high, and lock the lid down!
