If its Saint Mary's then the long trek to Fernandina was a direct result of no bridge over the St John's.....can't believe they haven't built one by now.

Sigh TG&Y was like an early K-Mart and like K-Mart we were put out of business by Walmart.

Someone could make oodles of $ off that one.

I have one up in Valdosta attending college. We just "moved" him out into an apt up there, over there. He thinks that he can keep his bedrom here to come home to. HAH! I love the kid dearly but now is the time for a dose of reality. Besides, we have the awesome total of 6 kids between us (3 bio me, 4 bio him <1 of those is the infamous Baby Fiddle who is mutual>. 2 of my bios <16 and 18> live far far away w/ their dad <img border="0" alt="[Teary]" title="" src="graemlins/teary.gif" /> but come to visit often. We have custody of all his bios)
H NEEDS a den , and SD (step daughter) 6yrs old, needs a bigger room away from the bustle of the living areas.

20yr old doesn't quite understand and that honestly breaks my heart. He is the least independant of the 6. Tough love is hard to inforce.

WOW! 48 hours w/ no rain! How has it been in Valdosta this summer?

Have you been to St.Marys lately? Quite the change, huh?

As I said earlier, I had been visiting here from 16 years ago when my parents were first transferred because of the base. oooooo what a scary palce it was. I don't remember KMart being TG&Y, we did the old yucky Wal-Mart mostly back then if we didn't feel up to the drive to JAX.

I have lived here for ummm... lemme think.... almost 5 yrs now.

Where was the TG&Y in Callahan? I can almost guess, but...... In the plaza where WinnDixie is now?

hmmm.....

Well, have a happy Friday Stunned.

BTW, how IS that Baby Boy of yours?
Give the little rasKle a hug for me.

Howdy Neighbors!
And a happy good morning to you all!

How was everyone's weekend?

My 6 foot something baby boy is visiting me from the wild and wholly north. Gosh, his head can rest easily n the top of my head. I missed my baby boy sooo much. Good to have him here w/ me.
