For larger office orders, a 4-cup holder is absolutely essential for our staff to manage. We use them for everything from small espressos to large sodas. They are very sturdy and don't tip over in the delivery bags.

I agree that the multi-cup carriers make a big difference when you're handling larger orders. In my experience, the biggest advantage isn't just capacity but stability—cheap carriers can flex or collapse when the cups are filled, which is a recipe for spills during delivery. Having one carrier that accommodates different cup sizes also makes packing much faster when orders contain a mix of drinks.
