There is a prayer that I always recommend. It's the one from your heart. It's the one you tell to Daddy when you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he's going to listen and not judge you.
You just cry and pour your heart out. You yell at Him; tell Him you don't understand. Whatever is in your heart. He's big enough to hear you and not be offended.
Just always remember, He knows things much better than we can ever expect to. And trust Him in everything. Then let God minister back to your heart.
That's the best I can suggest.
