My stbx W is in love with a co-worker and has been for... well she told me she was attracted to him the minute she saw him and that was when she was pregnant with our son which would make it 8 yrs now. As stated above we are in the divorse process, we have been separated since Nov and he left his W in April so it looks as though they are getting what they want..... As far as making them quit or have no contact. I think if one of them makes a decision to go back to thier marriage (and means it) the no contact will happen by itself. The problem imo is that any little or big argument the spouses have is going to make that soft shoulder at work look that much more desirable, and there is no way a couple cannot make each other mad at times.... it all boils down to comitment.
