Hey, Chris! Welcome back from vacation. Ditto on the girls. Do they resemble their mother? She must be a knockout, too! Most important, they look relaxed and happy with you, and that's what really counts.
Sometimes I'm jealous of you. I know it sounds crazy, but I think it would be easier not to have my spouse around all the time.
Good luck with school! My oldest starts kindergarten tomorrow. We'll do the back-to-school outfit and photos in the morning. Life marches on.

Sheba,
No. I meant “teddy bear”, not Theresa bear! grin! More Mr Beam tonight for me! Sorta feel wrong without the headache.
Ani,
Hope your vacation was good. Glad to hear from you! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
I think my Wife is the most gorgeous woman in the world. I wouldn’t trade her for anything (not that I have a choice quite yet)!
Why don’t you think my daughters got their good looks from me? LOL
I think it is easier ’cause she isn’t around.
The first day of kindergarten, I threw up! Good luck!
I was at the bank yesterday. This lady looked at me from across the room and smiled. Gosh, I didn’t know what to do!?! Of course I left. Kinda scary! I almost went back in, but I didn’t. I’m not ready to go there yet. But any kind of female affection (not sex) would be extremely nice about now! Talked to the Wife for about 2 minutes on Sunday a week ago. 2 weeks before that. Pretty sad. As if she is giving me the Plan B!
------------------
Prayers & God Bless!
Chris
For relationship info check out www.pcisys.net/~chriscal1/resources.html

Hey Chris -
There's a lot I want to say to you about JB, but I won't!! Just that we can help you better than that and we won't cause liver damage, I promise!!! Brain damage maybe, but not liver damage!! lol!!
We care about you, so make sure that you do too!!
I know what you mean about the opposite sex affection. That feeling of excitement and fear!! Last Valentine's Day - my H blew me off to go see one of the women he was playing with and I was so devastated by his blatency, yet again - that I called a guy that I knew from work who had been wanting to take me out and I let him take me to dinner!!
I was shaking and scared and felt like Benedict Arnold the whole time. Made him take me right home!! I don't think that I've ever eaten that fast in my life!!!
This whole nightmare just plain sucks!!
Hang In There and we're here for ya!!
Hugs,
Sheba

[This message has been edited by Sheba (edited August 27, 1999).]

Probably the same way our spouses felt when they got into it, but it was too much of a high to let go.
------------------
Prayers & God Bless!
Chris
For relationship info check out www.pcisys.net/~chriscal1/resources.html

That's just it - what I don't understand sometimes.
I felt the "if you don't want me others do" feeling as far as the H......It even pushed me into calling this guy. But I didn't want to be with him - I wanted the pain to stop with H and for him to be seated across the table with me (his WIFE) on Valentines Day - not to be out with some hooch!!!
There was no HIGH!! Even when the guy first began showing interest - there wasn't any high. Why not? I was more neglected and was the one who had the blows to my self esteem and value - not H....Why did I not seek and take comfort where I could get it? Why did he fall into the ego thing when my actions showed that he was loved?
It's been a long time for me and I am no closer to letting go of my H as far as love and I am afraid of what will happen in a year or two from now. It's this damn "feeling" that I'm supposed to "hang in there" It won't abate at all!!
Am I just going to be one of those pathetic women who pass wonderful men over because they keep "hanging in there"?????
I don't want to be that!!!!!
I don't want to pine or wait past all reason.
But that's what I "feel"........
It's hopeless........
I'm Hopeless!!!
[This message has been edited by Sheba (edited August 27, 1999).]
