If you want to really get this guy.... the go talk with his CO. I wouldn't waste my time with a civilian lawyer (no offense to any lawyers out there <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> )....

Civilian lawyers don't have the "right" to bring a military member before a military court... Yes, you can hire a lawyer and sue the guy in civil court... but ask yourself this question... when was the last time you heard about any civilian getting convictd of adultery??? It rairly happens in the military since most commanders handle cases of adultery without ever going to a full court martial...

Give this guy's CO a copy of everything that you have and then leave it at that... I can assure you that his chain of command will handle this properly... Nothing like having a lying, cheating dirt bag flying a 40 million $ aircraft...NOT. Sorry, but I don't have ANY sympathy for an "officer" that would do this...
