Hi,

Giving everyone a heads up. I may have to back out of tomorrow.

I promised my neice I would be there for her when she goes into labor. She wants her mom their too, but she also asked me to be there.

Anyway, I was just called. She might be in early labor. Since this is her first one, who knows how long this could last. It could stop, it could be false labor.

Her due date is next week. We all thougtht she would follow family tradition and go late. We all did.

If her labor goes anything like the rest of us, it was hours before the baby is born.

As soon as I know, I will let you know.

I don't want to miss out on this good food. But then again, neices don't have babies everyday.

I think she wants me to be there because her mom has a tendency to get excited, and I stay relatively calm.

Can't your niece find a better time to have her baby?

I told her I have plans for tomorrow night, so she can have it today, (she better hurry up), tomorrow morning, okay afternoon works too, or she will have to wait until Saturday, oops, plans for Saturday too. if she can squeeze it in
between dance, hair appt and benfit dinner.

Seriously - She will call me later and let me know how it is going. So, I will keep you guys informed as to what I will be doing tomorrow night.

Hey Sue.... just bring her along. I had three of my 7 kids at home with midwives..... actually had one without then cuz he came so fast... and I was an EMT for years. I can do the baby thing... we don't need water... just some warm blankies, a clean shoestring, and a pair of scissors!
