See if you can get a restraining order, My co-worker has one. I was shocked the judge gave an order. OW is not allowed around her or children or H. She went to court today and this was issued. Now my co-worker is separated from her H. The judge said it didn't make a bit of difference they are still married, he ordered OW to stay away from co-worker children and her H.

You may want to check it out. Plan B means NC you should get a mediator. If he's drinking that issue needs to be address in court also. The children should not be allowed to be an the vehicle.Definitly get a restaining order because that is a form of mental cruelty to tell your children she going to be there mommy.

Well when I first put out divorce papers he had a restraiing order put on him. I have been trying to contact my attorney unfortunatly he has been in court all week on a major muder case. I live in Texas and it is a no fault state so I do not know if I can put a restraining order on her so she could not see the kids or my H. It would be nice though I would love to see her behind bars somewhere <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
I have not had any contact with H all week which is fine I gave him the plan B letter he can do what he wants but now he knows that if he truly takes her then he will no longer have me friendship or love. He will be the father of my children but thats it. I do still love him though but I am taking care of me and the boys.
I did call and tell my mother in law that she was getting a new daughter in law out with the old in with the new. She was difently not happy <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" />
