Hey NB,
Of course [censored] Clark doesn't look like he is over 37. Muppets don't age. They just go back to the sewing shop and get new parts.
BTW, Donnie and Marie are also Muppets. Jim Henson would be so proud.
Jerry Springer is NOT a muppet and is starting to look like poop on a stick. Do you ever wonder why he always goes back stage at every commercial break? I believe he is on Lasix and has to go potty. Watch carefully next time.
Just an observation.
Medic

Ya know I can't watch Springer anymore because the topics hit too close to home.
I guess I really don't blame Brian. W is a very attractive blue eyed blonde with a terrific personality. If I didn't treat Val like a POS she would still be with me. [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Too late, too smart.
Zippy the pinhead.

Exactly!! You can have her ya know?! If you want her, get her!! I was thinking about giving up earlier but I can't. I love him too much. Even with all the sh@t that goes along with him, I want him. She's not good enough for him and will never love him like I do.

Happy New Year you all, and to you, too, Lori....
Did you know the year past and you slept right through it? Well, I am thinking along the lines as Medic.
I think we are all going to have prosperity in our lives this year.
Good riddence 1999, and all the memories you hold.
I'm having a whiskey and coke - well about 3 sips and my stomach feels.... yucky.
Cheers.

Sheba,
I think that I may have figured this out. Deep down inside I don't believe that I deserve her love or companionship.
She treated me like a king. Val always went out of her way to show me the love that she had for me. I was too involved in the damned business. I was looking out for our future. Can you say tunnel vision? Now things are going really well with the company. Big F deal! Looks like I will be sitting my fat [censored] down on Va Beach without her.
This revelation just hit me. It seems that I am punishing myself for the neglect that I had shown for her.
Man, I'm more complicated than I thought.
UGH!

Hi TNT and Happy New Year!!!
Medic - You are not only punishing yourself....in effect you are punishing her even further!!! You might have to really look at this trend of thinking you have.....go back to the first marriage again ...... what's the pattern here?
Hey Lori....don't worry - I have you covered!!! I will try to respond like you would OK? LOL!!!
Hugs,
Sheba

Hey! Everyone. First let me say HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I should be in bed but can't sleep. My D is with friends at Mom and Dad's house, H is in bed ASLEEP and I have this lousy soar throat and stuffed up head kinda flu thing going on.
What Fun! I hope Medic is right and 2000 is much better than what we all just left. However, it isn't off to such a great start.
Wish I could sound more up beat but right now I just feel beat.
Lori, are you still with us?.........
[This message has been edited by devastated2 (edited January 01, 2000).]

Happy New Year!!!
Got back from a party a little while ago - had a wonderful time - didn't really miss my husband at all until the stroke of midnight when the 3 couples I was partying with began examining each other's tonsils ... [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] When she came up for air, I went and gave my SIL a BIG hug and kiss, and then her H. Up until then and after that I didn't feel at all awkward being the only single out of 9 people... My SIL and BIL sure know how to pick good friends - they were warm and welcoming and I felt as if I'd known all of them forever!
But I do miss my H ... second New Year's Eve I have spent without him. And I hope his was as miserable as his recent vacation. Even though I love him ...
No, I'm not drunk - only tired and a little sad that I am starting 2000 alone, as I started 1999. But I'm not down yet! No legal action in sight - no separation (legal) and no mention of divorce... And I'm sure as he!! not gonna mention it! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
As I've perused the forum tonight, I've been surprised at the sense of peace and happiness I've felt. I believe that things will get better. Even if it is without my husband. I'm a wonderful person, an attractive woman (who doesn't look her age) and I'm fun to be with! What more could a man want? [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Happy new Milennium, Happy new century (well, maybe not yet...) - HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!
May 2000 be OUR year - "The Year of the Marriage Builders!"
------------------
terri
I believe in miracles...

Hi guys - I'm am finally emerging from the cave.
Hey, Medic, sorry about the typing, haven't gotten myself in such a sorry state in, um, 20 years or so. And you guys do me a favor, if I threaten it again, remind me how I feel this morning. By now I've got the headache under control, but the stomach and the shaking....oh yuck. Got to fix that soon.
I didn't get back here last night. Probably a good thing considering....
Anyway. Sorry I missed the party. Happy New Year to everybody. Wonder what surprises 2000 has in store for all of us.
Lori
