Just got back from my attorney's office and we decided to try mediation. Has anyone else tried this and if so, did it work? It seems that my H's attorney is pushing for the mediation. I figure I will try it since it can't hurt and is a whole lot cheaper than going to court. If it doesn't work then I guess it's off to court I go [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
I'm going out tonight with some friends. I think I need to get out and get on with my life as this divorce stuff really wears you out! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]

I believe that mediation is the best way to go, if you can both be civil about it. It keeps your atty fees down, and hopefully it keeps things "friendly" between the two of you!! Good luck with it!
------------------
Susan
