mrrlk: I have to be honest with you here, I am not a fan of KSU at all, but yes, their victory does make the state of Kansas proud. Anytime Nebraska gets beat, it's a good day in college football.<P>As for the 'Hawks taking it all in the NCAA tournament this year, I' don't have a clue. They have a good squad and it's possible, but a lot can happen before then. I just hope that they make a good showing, and if they lose in the tournament that they do it with pride and don't just fall apart.

Roy has a great team, but they're young & he's still rebuilding after the "dream team". "Purple Heathens"???? That's a little polite isn't it? We always referred to them as the Purple Pu**ies, referring to the 'purple [censored] cat' mascot. And again because when I was in college, KSU's football program was full of a bunch of softies!<P><BR>I would also be happy with a sweet 16 appearance from Roy and the boys this year. <P>
