<P>Sorry I missed your thread earlier. It's been a long month for me too. It sounds like this has been resolved for the moment as far as at least you have utilities. <P>I dont' know that you can get help for that bill that is in his name only (which now must be a final bill of some sort), but I live in NY.<P>There is a program called HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program). I received a one time payment from them for $700. That was a big help to me this winter. You can also call Red Cross, and they have a program for people who don't qualify for HEAP, but its available also.<P>I'm sorry your ex is being so awful. Someone said, its a matter of him using his control over you. I agree with that. It's very unfair of him.<P>Keep strong, hugs, Dana
