Hey Terri,<BR>My first divorce (which I was way too young) I took back my maiden name... It was not hard at all.<BR>This time I am keeping my married name for the sake of my son. I do not want to have a different last name than him. If and when he gets older and it does not bother him maybe I will..<BR>Ex is not to happy with this but, it is not his choice.<BR>He thinks since he gave it to me he can take it back. No not I don't think so call me rude... I worked for it too.<BR>That is just my opinion thou.<BR>Wish ya well<BR>Janet
