I don't know if I have one particular dish that's the best. I am not a "fancy" cook, I am more of a country cook. I grew up in Arkansas, and around Arkansas home cookin'. Probably the dinners that are most requested would be spaghetti & meatballs (none of that jar stuff ewwww, only homemade) lasagna (also no jar spaghetti sauce in the lasagna, PUH-LEEEESE!), roast, chicken n' dumplins(my grandma made the best chicken n'dumplins, I miss her so much) and chicken caserole dishes. Also, I love grillin' steaks and fish. For breakfast my children love the biscuits and gravy I make them. Just simple home cookin' nothin' fancy stuff.<P>Oh, and although I cook deserts for special occasions, pies and so forth, you will rarely see me making or having desert with a normal, no special occasion, dinner. Way, Way to fattening.<P>On the snorkling question. I've never snorkled, I've never had the opportunity, I would probably love it, but who knows until you try. I do love being in the water, lap swimming for fun and excerise though. <P>BTW!!!! Who says I gut fish???? I never ever even watch those fish being brutally murdered and gutted.
