Off the subject, since Tink brought up games, I bought "Disney Trivia 2" this weekend for the girls and I. It's pretty sad when a 30yo man knows everything about every freakin Disney movie ever made.... My poor little angels didn't stand a chance after beating their little rear ends in the first two games I had to play stupid so they could win.....
So new castle deserves new games, ANY THOUGHTS????????

I'm thinking I need to buy a candy thermometer for when I get really hot.....I mean for when I make candy for the party. I can handle an all week party. But we can't play naked twister if it's a costume party. It would defeat the purpose of having costumes.

Ok, you can come as a tree. Where are you going to get the costume. Remember, we might have a costume contest. And we could have a parade through a nearby village.

It was a rotten week at work. Now it's Saturday morning and I came in just to print off another copy of the Violet Crumble recipe. I have only one child for the weekend and might get it made this weekend. But first I want to go back home and take a nap.

Oh my, I've been typing with dygislexic fingers again.
Editted more properly this paragraph would read:
I've gotten used to the title of this thread and hate to change in - sort of. Besides, if we made it too exciting sounding, everyone on the whole board might come and then I wouldn't be able to remember who is who. But I had no idea we could now change the title of a thread. How did you figure that out?
Translated, it means that I know where to find this thread and find the title vague enough that you have to do some reading and hunting to find the kingdom. And that means I don't have to work double time to remember who has what roll. I know that I, personally, would have trouble sorting out who is who if we had an ever-changing cast. Additionally, I had no idea that the title of a thread could now be changed. (If you did that very often, how would anyone know which thread they were seeking?)
Does that clarify anything? BTW, glad to see you back.
[ October 29, 2001: Message edited by: cinderella ]

Hi cinderella!!
The title can be changed in the good ol' "edit" area... as long as you, as the originator of the thread, are logged in you can do it right there.
Fairy God Mother, or is it Fairy Godmother, or Fairie godMother, or Fairy godmother...
Anyway, it's FGM, to the rescue! Let's take a poll!!
Do you friends and loyal subjects feel I need to change the title of this thread? We can name it for the kingdom if you feel it appropriate.
You friends are the greatest!

Cinderella,
Your Royal Highness, what a great leader you are. As a fair maiden, you have my utmost respect. To consider those feelings of others and ask for a poll, above your own feelings. How cool! I would like to say it really doesn't matter to me what you call the thread I am just happy I misunderstood your post regarding other MBers posting on this thread. I do so appreciate you clearing that up for me.
Thank you for bringing laughter to strangers lives by creating this thread for other MBers. As with everyone else, I have struggled with the failure of my marriage. As most MBers I have a lot of sad days. Your thread has made me laugh during my saddest moments. You are so thoughtful to want to share this thread with others. When I was invited to participate on this thread, by Faithful wife, I felt you guys were so selfless, thoughtful and sweet to want to make someone you barely knew laugh too. So thanks again for giving a gift of laughter to me and all the others on MB, it's so nice every now and then to forget our worries and just joke around from time to time. Also, please accept my apology for being over sensitive lately.
Take care,
ANNA
P.S. On the confusion of who's who, a suggestion that helps me, is sometimes if I forget who someone is, for instance who Fairy Godmother is, then I go back to a post on the thread, and look at the her MB name and can see it's Nyneve. If I make a mistake on a name, I also know, that person will make sure to let me know too. Thank goodness!

This CANNOT HAPPEN... so, fear not, fair maiden, I have instead conjored up a spell that gives you super-duper-memory. You will NEVER forget that I am the FGM again!! Viola' and WOO HOO
Oh, and Princess Cinderella... I think you should change the title to the name of our city, because, frankly, I can never remember how to spell it... is it Careloon or Carylon or Ceareon... I'm bad... really, really bad!! Well, I am not sure what the origin of the name is. When we were hunting for a name for the kingdom, someone suggested this fairy tale kingdom named Caerlon, I think. So that's what I call it. Now, if I only knew who suggested, we could get an explanation for the name and a confirmation of the spelling.

Perhaps we should just summon the Lady-In-Waiting and get her to refresh our memory. Now, FGM, what is your opinion on the proposed change of name for this thread?
<Leaving FGM to ponder this, the princess wanders off through the castle calling, "Lady-In-Waiting CJ!!! Where are you? We need you!">
