I try to walk with The Man every day.

And I don't think He plans for people to get drunk, get in their car, drive like a lunatic, wreck, and kill innocent children. Nope, He doesn't plan that.

But, if you choose to make that choice, you can do it.

But, you and others will pay for it. I think He let Lot's wife look back. He let Paul be imprisoned. And he let my x walk out.

But He stood with me through my ordeal. But it was my x's choice, as a fallen human, to leave. And he will pay for it. Is paying for it. The children will and I will. All our lives.

But, I think we have free will. And God doesn't always get His way. I also think He has a wonderful sense of humor.

God is always in control. He allows things to happen for many reasons, such as teaching us, changeing us, or bringing us to Him.

Many Christians point me to our free will. I haven't been able to find a place in the Bible where man ever had power over God.

God is in charge of the heart. He turns it whichever way He wants.

We are to seek Him in all things. We must ask God what He wants us to do. I know God has shown me many times that He wants me to wait for my marriage to be restored.God knows my husband's heart now and in the future. God would not tell me to wait for no reason. It takes time to know for sure what God would have us do. We must wait for His answer and back it with His word. I have ask Him to confirm my wait many times. Every time I am led down the path toward restoration. No one but God can restore my marriage. I have to let Him work in me and my husband first. I must be obedient to what He tells me to do according to His word.

So, yes we have the will to make our own choices.
But, we have a Father in Heaven who is in charge of our hearts and knows the future.

The most important thing is to ask HIM. Then have the answer confirmed as many times as you need in order to know what God wants you to do.

He loves you no matter what your choice.
He is always in control.
