Stop holding it in, it's not healthy for you.
You shouldn't hide from your parents, just explain to them that its all a part of the healing process.

I did find counseling & support group helpful, even just for those times when you need to vent. Other people have great ideas of how to handle things.

Good Luck to you. I think its harder with a baby, imagining another woman holding your child. This happened to someone else on here almost 2 years ago "God is in control". And she's been off the boards for a while, which I believe means that she's healed past the hurt.

Doing SO much better today. I was in a slump for about 2 days.

Really feeling better. I just wish THEY stay out of my face! Makes things better when I don't have to see them TOGETHER. In the one year that we were seperated I only saw the together twice, once at a bar and the other on the road in her car.

It absolutely makes me sick to my stomach to see them together. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />

My ex has a brother that was just recently shipped out to Iraq. He left 6 kids, 2 from a previous marriage and the other 4 from his current wife. The youngest being only about 2 months old. And I think to my self, how sad for his wife and kids. I pray that he'll be ok.

And there's a part of me that wishes it were my EX that were being shipped out. I know this sound horrible. I don't wish any harm to my ex or anything like that. It's just me being selfish and wanting to make things much easier for me by not having him around. I've also wished that I could pack up and move away, find another job and just leave.

It's just hard having them prance around like everything is ok and I should be ok with it now that were divorce. It's not as easy as he would like it to be.

I wonder how he is gonna feel when I start dating. I just have no idea what his reaction would be. I wonder how he would feel to see me and another man out on a date at a restaurant or at the movie theater. How would he feel?

Thanks everyone. Thanks for just listening. And thanks to everyone who has replied, prayed for me, or even thought about how I have been. THANK YOU! ((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))
