I think that the lawyers experience before the judge you have makes a great deal more of a difference than the gender. My ex had a female attorney he had been referred to from ADAM and fired her when he didn't get what he wanted in the divorce. He now has a male attorney who keeps telling him he has a case against me for every little thing. Keeps the lawyer happy.
