If you are called worse on a board here, let the appropriate moderator know and he/she will look into it. You still need to refrain from calling others names. A post was edited, and a general reminder was left.

I hope this isn’t the beginning of a ‘hands-on’ policy by the moderator. It puts a chill in the air, and it isn’t needed since the site works very well with minimal policing. I value the free-expression that’s normally allowed to flow unimpeded here.

Hi to all.

Roscoe,

Just like you, the Moderators value the free expression on this site - as long as it falls within the terms of service and is respectful. When things become disrespectful, we will take the appropriate action.

We like to think of the forum as a safe place for all, somewhere you can be assured you will not be called disrespectful names or be abused in any way.

Nokomis and I are by no means police-persons. Just doing our job, keeping the MB streets safe for all.

Hi Rosco,

at the risk of sounding silly i must ask who did the name calling. did someone call me a name or did i call someone a name? or what?

at least we're not getting off of the subject..

I think they mean me, HOL. Even though I said that you'd be those things IF I was judgeing you harshly. Which I'm not. I don't think you're any of those things, just that you're hurting and you wish you had a way to fix things. I guess you understood that, since we've both posted about this stuff for a long time, but they didn't, since they didn't have the same background.

At least, maybe it was me, but I can't find anything edited out of my post, so maybe somebody else posted something.

Nokomis’ post was cryptic, but I found that the mystery word was excised from a post hol made two weeks ago. I’d tell you what I think the word was, but I don’t want to be edited. Find the post that says “edited by Nokomis”.

Hol - I was so sad to read your last post.

Liar2 Posted:
"IF it were possible to change the past i would. i wish i had had true confidence in myself to expose the vulnerable person i am instead of trying to pretend to be in control and all knowing.

i'm so confused and frightened and yet still hopeful.

hol will get the final number as soon as i am sure i am not suppressing any memories and that is another area i am working on with the psycologist. it's not an intentional stall.

i love hol. i hope i will have enough time to prove it to him."

Hol Posted:
"She is the one who has drug this out for 2 1/2 yrs (or is it 16 yrs?) with her lying. now i'm just over it and her.

...i have lost all feeling for her. it is over but i'm not leaving yet. my choose!"

I don't think Liar2 has intentionally drug this out all this time. I honestly believe her when she says she doesn't know the number. I had to really, really think and I'm still not even sure - for sure. Sometimes I just added one to the list even if I didn't remember it just because I figure we must've! I can also relate to how details come out now that didn't before. Also relate to the "everybody's doing it" theme that she's relating to the restaurant business. In hindsight, it probably wasn't happening as much as I believed it was then, but the explanation is at least that - an explanation. She's trying to tell you how it was for her.

In fact, I would bet my life that she wishes this nightmare would be over. And not in the manner that you're suggesting.

It sounds like Liar2 didn't have enough time to prove her love to you, and for me that's really scary. I truly hope that doesn't happen for me.

Why stay, HOL, if you have totally lost all feeling for Liar2? I'm not sure I really believe that you have - it could be just a reaction to yet another revelation. We say things when we're hurt that we don't always mean -

Possible?
