Ok. my new addition to the health thing...soymilk. yea, soymilk.

Since I am trying to limit milk based products (not leaving calcium out though) for hypertension related issues, I am to add in its place soymilk. It is good for a healthy heart too...omega 3 acids and such.

I bought silk lite soymilk in vanilla flavor. It has a clean taste. Did not like first cup of it...but it grows on you. I like it now. Started 3 days ago. My baby step of the day.
