My H called me to come and pick him up at our auto garage.....the engine in his truck is gone! If he can find a rebuilt one it's still gonna cost $2300 !!!! Then, 15 min. after I got home from dropping h off at car rental place my son called to say some girl rearended him! Gemini... there are those days aren't there? I am so sorry. I have looked back at year 2000 to see that I found out about A, then found out about pregnancy, my brother went crazy & I am raising his child, and last spring my mother went off her medication and had a bad psychotic episode for a month. My brother was arrested a few times and I became on first name basis with a bail bondsman and the desk clerk at the psych. hospital where he checked himself in over 5 times since August. <P>Now here comes the holidays and things are going fairly smooth. Who knows what will happen with OW and OC. But we plan a nice holiday & my in-laws will be coming to visit with their 16 year old incontinent poodle. I need a dog wearing Depends like I need an in-grown toenail! <P>Try to keep smiling. Life is like the lyrics from a James Taylor song I listen to "smooth as a gravy sandwich". I like to think about what that looks like. All smooth on top, but lumpy in the middle and hard as h-ll to get a hand on!<P>Take care... Carolyn

Wow you're amazing!<BR>I know what you mean about being on a first name basis w/desk clerk at psych hospital.<BR>I have 2 sisters. One I am very close to. The other has had mental problems all her life. She's recovered from 3 nervous breakdowns and I remember all the time spent at Hospital. It's a sad thing. She cannot go off her meds cuz when she does "it" happens again. She's an activity director at a nice nursing home and everyone loves her. Just God help us all if she goes off meds. I warned her I will not be there for her again if she does that!(of course I will be)I just wanted her to think of what always happens.<P>Oh well....just another day in paradise.......<BR><P>------------------<BR>Imagine....
