sigh....here goes
Due to some severe thunderstorms our guests cancelled...but Doc and I had a wonderful time sitting on the porch watching the storm having a wonderful time...until the conversation turned to work..and the FOW came up ( I ruined the evening or so I thought)...well I let him know how it felt to send him off to work everyday...and expressed how badly it hurt when he defended her ...ya know I think he finally gets it. He came clean with some details about what really happened that he didnt want to admit in the beginning ( major ouches), he opened up and told me how he felt about what he did, what that said about his character during that time, we both sat there and cried ...so all in all despite not having any company it was a good night...and the food I made that we ate sitting cross-legged on the porch watching natures fury unleash was totally yummy...

thanks again for all your idea's

well the evening was not totally lost.

One of my favorite things watching a thunderstorm. when we lived over seas, believe it or not, there were no thunderstorms.. we came back to states and they had a thunderstorm, my kids had never seen or heard one, and it had been 6 years since I had.. scared us silly.
Glad the food was yummy and I am going to make that dip as soon as I am well enough to eat. How was it <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> ?
