funny thing that i have been telling fh that i wanted to sit down with om's w for a long time and discuss this thing but fh has resisted. yesterday the mediator told them both that it would be a good idea if we all did exactly that. and prior to any further visitation. fh agreed but om said he would have to check with his w.
we will see. i not a great gambler but i'll bet she declines.

cd,,,,,, thanks for the great advice. in the county where we live anything agreed upon in mediation is temporary until it is agreded to in court. they allow a person the right to sit back and think about what they discussed in the mediation. the mediator does however send copies of all agreements to the court and the judge usually doesn't look favorably on someone changing their mind without a very good reason.
