MY H would say the same things to me!!!! AND I would respond in the same manner!
Now a days it's not so bad, but sometimes he would be like, "I tell you I love you!?!",--yah always did that back then too!--"I am w/ you'--yah, you were w/ me back then too--HELLO, he was buying me a NEW diamond ring for my BIRTHDAY, "just because he LOVED me", IN THE SAME MONTH THAT OW IS GETTING PG? Some birthday gift hanh?
I remember, all those years ago, @ that MOMENT when he was telling me about OW & OC, and he was crying and telling me how
sorry he was and how much he
loved me, and after I got over the momentary shock and the anger set in and I was in such a RAGE and he was begging and everything was obviously about to blow up and fall apart and I started screaming @ him.....
"DID YOU LOVE ME WHEN YOU WERE F**@#*!G HER?", and there was a jogger going by, we were @ a park, I thought we were going on a date....so I tried to lower my voice because I hate to make a scene in public....
Sorry, got lost in the moment but hey! ANYWAY, my point is that they say some of the stupidest things sometimes. Like that arguement is really gonna convince me (us) NOW! LOL LOL It's just so absurd that it makes me laugh!
Hey, it's GOOD FRIDAY---let's go celebrate Easter ladies.
I think you shoudl all get off of work early or take a looong lunch break and go to church or something and meditate and focus on the suffering of someone else for awhile (our Christ) so that we can wake up and celebrate the gift we have been given.
FOrget all about ourselves for awhile and redirect our enrgy on what is important and the greatest GRACE and GIFT we ahve been given.
It will help us to extend OUR grace a little farther I think, don't you?
Just an idea, don't mean to be pushy.
Those are my plans for today anyway, church and then park w/ ktbunch.
