I'll have to refresh myself on the TOS agreement of MB regarding copyrights.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this BB.

Chris,

To me, this means we agree not to use copyrighted information in our post as a claim to our personal authenticity.

We MUST give credit to the author/copyright when posting articles and excerpts from published material.

For Instance:

I could post song lyrics on MB as long as I state they are song lyrics and acknowledging either the author, artist or clarifying that it is not my personal creation.

However, I could not post a song lyric and claim that I am the author when I am not.

See how it works?

It's not really that difficult. Don't post it if it's not yours (or MBs).

Sadly, you are wrong.
I believe Steve Harley has posted himself that posting any material in which the copyright is not owned by the poster or MB is not to be posted.
Also, I believe it was in one of the monthly newsletters, .

Seriously - on a scale from one to life - how important is this? Is it really worth it??

This is bizzare. If he didn't, ahem....deposit into an impregnantable cavity, he shouldn't be held resonsible for the pregnancy....

We teach our children safe sex.....and some girl keeps it in her hands for later and bam, some poor kid is stuck with an unwanted child....forced to pay child support when he never even had intercourse....was practicing safe sex......Something isn't right here.

Someone who went through infertilty and knows the uh ummmmmmmmmmmmm "process". She would have had to slip that into her so fast before the sperm died. I mean fast. I know that h had to be cleaned and put into some chemical to keep fresh until a few hours later of insemanation or IVF. It just does not make sense to me, how it could be done this way. Way Bizarre.
