I'm getting something clear here.<P>If the company is willing to do what he wants to keep him (and it sounds like they are), he has yet another reason to stay awhile.<P>He gets to be in my shoes as the BS. I have worked with him for a year, believing Phil McGraw's words that we teach people how to treat us. I have taken a WS who has hurt me deeply and I have learned new ways of relating. Throughout I have been clear that I will no longer ALLOW him to treat me like a doormat.<P>I think it would be a great learning experience for him to do the same with his employer, rather than just moving on to something new!
