Letting a higher level manager in your firm handle the work-place issues is wise place to start. It gets you out of the direct line of fire. It may atleast take care of the part going on in the work place. Just be very careful that you present the issue from the point of work place abuses.<P>Will be interesting to see if the culture of your company will be to be proactive or to not see what is going on.<P>However, it may not take care of the personal part of the issue. But one step at a time is always wise. You do not have to decide all in one night how to handle this.<P>Good Luck<BR>Will be looking to see how things went<BR>Z
