I thought that Steve suggested you wait until you get legal advice before asking her to leave. I just remember in SAA, Jon couldn't ask (what's her name??) to leave because of the son.<P>Let's go back to the voice mail for a second. Were you snooping? I mean, if you bring it up, is it HER voice mail and does she know you have access? If she knows you have access, you should bring up the message from OM, in a non-angry-outburst, non-judgmental way. Just so she knows you know. If you aren't supposed to have access, I guess you better not bring it up.<P>ANyway, I'm not sure you should ask her to leave. Can you hang in there until you get legal advice, or to see exactly what you W wants to "discuss"? JMO

Faith1,<P>My W doesn't know I have access to her voice mail so I can't mention what I heard. Doesn't really matter because it doesn't change what she's doing.<P>We did talk earlier tonight, but I'll start another thread on that.<P>sad dad
