Alright Tomstocks and PB,
You two have hurt my feelings! Hehehe! I have been riding Harley Davidsons since I was 17 yrs old. To tell you the truth, it has been a very long and lasting love affair. Well, more than my marriage on my WS's part anyway.
I have to say that I have seen some knockouts on back of and riding their own motorcycle but I have seen the other side of the fence too! SCAREY!
But I'm not a bad boy! I'm harmless, fairly good-looking, loving, and make an honest living!
Be careful who you stereotype now!
Hehehe!
RN

Resilient..
No.. Myownme said that I was too young for her! That is fine! I am just having fun with this! I am looking to find a nice, normal, moral girl age 24-30 and who lives somewhere close to the Minneapolis Area!
I think we should stay the Marriagebuilders Dating Service or something! That would be fun!
Take Care
Bryan

I decided on a ultra though because my friends like to travel and go on trips and they have the gadgets for that as I 'm sure you know. I'm going to get a 2002 ultra (any color) as I want to get it custom painted (chevrolet millenium yellow). Good luck & God Bless.
[ October 20, 2001: Message edited by: Tomstocks ]

Roughneck..
I am sorry. I didn't mean to stereotype Harley Davidson people! I was just referring to the "weather" girls on the Hogs! I have seen some NICE girls on there too!
Take Care
Bryan

How long have you been D, Bryan?
I ask because Harley recommends we should wait a good chunk of time before getting involved again. Reasoning is we then would be less likely to carry any of our unwanted emotional baggage from previous marriage into a new relationship.
Lv,
Jo

Mitz...
Good advice about taking the time to be comfortable with youself after the divorce! I was the BS and my dday was February 2001. My wife told me that I was a great husband, etc., that I deserved much better than her and that she married too young at 25!
Sometimes you think that you know someone after 4 years of dating and marriage, but I feel that I never really knew her at all!
I wish you the best as always!
Bryan

Resilient...
Hi Jo.. I have only be divorced for 3 months and separated for 5 months. We had no children in the marriage and so the divorce was totally painless. She wanted the divorce and I "agreed" to it in the end.
I was the BS in my marriage of 3 years and my wife is one of those people who told me that she "loved me", but that she wasn't "in love with me" anymore. That hurt big time!
She told me that I was the perfect husband and so on, but then in the next sentence, she would say that she must be very dumb to want a divorce in our marriage.
My gut feeling is that she had and still has TREMENDOUS guilt and the only way she could go on with her life and not feel the guilt everyday is to divorce me!
She had no intentions on counseling or anything that would have helped our marriage, so we both decided that a divorce would be for the best! *sorry to say*
Jo...would you tell me a brief summary of your situation?
Thank You
Take Care
Bryan

Bryan,
Only 3 months? Well, you're just a baby at this! LOL
It does take a lot of time to deal with losing a marriage. If I had jumped into a relationship after my ex left, I'm sure I would have ended up with someone like him. And I certainly didn't want that! I needed time to figure out what it was that I wanted out of life and how I wanted to spend the rest of my life.
Just don't be in a hurry! You're still young, you've got plenty of time! Tomstocks and PB,
I was in a good mood and decided to mess with you two about the Motorcycle and war winches stuff.
I didn't misunderstand anything I was just having some fun with it.
Sometimes I think people take theirselves too serious around here.
We all have something hurting us or have been hurt before but that doesn't mean that we can't have a little fun sometimes huh!

RN

You have made my day!!!
Hehe.. . I was staying away from this thread cuz I thought it was all about women and badguys!! LOL....
This has certainly taken a turn on the humorous side!!!
And btw... I definitely vote for a Harley dating service... LOL... we could start a new forum... hehe... ( not a Harley-Davidson dating service... )
ok, just had to put in my 2 cents...
really PB, chill out a little while, hun... don't jump into something else too quick. You know my H just gave me D papers, so I'm young in the D process.... but I'm tempted to run out and find someone else new myself pretty quick!!! We really need to take our time and enjoy being with "ourselves" for a little bit, ya know?

Faith..
Thank You for making my day as well! I agree! Lets start the MB dating service!

Anyway...I think it will be cool to be single at least for awhile. It gives us both a chance to enjoy ourselves as single people again! I wish you the best and please stay in touch!
Bryan

Faith..
May I ask your age? Would you tell me a brief summary of your situation? We are both divorced newbies, and sometimes this process can get pretty sticky. I hope all goes well for you!
Bryan
