I had lost track of her!<p>Amazing, (no pune intended!), the similaraitiesof many of our strugglies, huh!<p>I forgot to mention -- I think I may be turning into a woman at times -- I know my issues as a BS are not excusively a woman's issue of course, but there are not a lot of us guys that come forward at least! I can't find this? I recall a story about a DeeDee(?) -- about her H that had several A's and possiblity of very unhealthy attraction to young gals -- youth [img]images/icons/shocked.gif" border="0[/img] Do I recall Drinking was a part of this?

Yes I read that this morning and I was touched by the part that she apprecaited some responses from fathers!
Our D developed an interst & had some skills in basketball & yes I encouraged her to get started but she developed a small passion & it offered a spindid opportunity for me & her to share some really wonderful times! She had chaleneges to make the first team but worked hard and she made the first team on the JV as a feshman (they did not have a freshman team), but she did not get to dress for Varsity like some of her team mates. She did well & the varsity coah gave her encouring words. She had to have major back surgery and took her out of sports. As much as I explained to her that I loved her for her & that the BB did not matter, I felt it crushed her, for herself, but becasue she felt she let me down a little -- I think she understands that my heart was broken because of her pain & suffering and that I do love her for who she is.
She is a very mature person & unfortunately this thing with her mom, who was also one her best friend has had a devasting effect -- these things are family issues! And heart breaking all the way around! Our daughter was screaming at me (over the phone) to kick her out! This broke my DW's heart! -- Unfortunately, I believe that my DW was so wrapped up into herslf, that she did not know or realize that I was also a hero for our daughter!
With that, I will pass!
