"Hi OW,
Some reading material for you, I wouldn't want you to get bored . I realize I haven't kept you in the loop on some of the e-mails between the STBX and me lately. It's not because I'm trying to keep anything from you, just very busy and always thinking about "us". I'm going to send you several e-mails, this is the first.
I love you,
StupidWH"
I just got this on an email from WH that was a reply to a previous e mail. Was expecting an e mail from WH regarding the divorce negotiations.
Needless to say I don't think that he meant to send it to me!!!How stupid of him!!!
I did wait 5 minutes before I called him, and cussed him out, am not sorry that I called, just sorry that I cussed at him did stay calm while I was swearing though. Did thank him for giving me what I needed to pursue the lawsuit against the OW that I can file here in SD. He stated that she was not the cause of our divorce but oh she is!!! I said that he did need to respect me that I had been his wife for 21 years and I did deserve that from him and he said that he did and I said that no he wasn't as if he did he would not have forwarded our e mails to that b!#ch. He did say that he was sorry.
Thanks for letting me vent it did feel good and it did feel good to go off on WH as I have not done that in the 17 months of this h3!!. He need to see my anger without tears!! Wow I didn't tear up at all!!
I guess I am feeling so angry as how dare he!! I feel so violated, I thought that somethings were just between us, I guess I feel that they are laughing at me and making fun of me. And that just really PO'd me!!
Now I wonder was this all part of God's plan for me? I keep looking to see what God wants of me in this situation. I had a tiny bit of hope yesterday after Faith and Jillybeans threads, but it's gone now and perhaps that is why I got this e mail today.
My daughter and I looked for an address on this e mail for her and can't find one anywhere. It same in on a yahoo account, any suggestions as to how I might locate this address?
Daughter doesn't think that the e mail was sent to the OW. If it was there is my addy on it, don't think that will be good.
Any thoughts or words for me tonight?
Dawn
[ May 08, 2002: Message edited by: daybreak ]
[ May 08, 2002: Message edited by: daybreak ]

If you recieved the mail into outlook, just click on the message to highlight it and then right click and choose properties. I don't know how to do that in Yahoo or any other mail account...but you could forward it to a regular POP account and read it that way too. Maybe someone here knows better how to do it in Yahoo. Most likely he did a "reply to all" and that's why it got sent to you as well as her. As far as the OW having your email addy...I'm sure she does. If he's forwarding all your messages to her then she has the info available at her fingertips. Icky icky!

one other thought....I found it amusing he had to "check in" and explain that he wasn't keeping anything from her. HA! I "assured" my OM all the time too...not really the sign of a healthy relationship. Big DUH on that one though, huh?

Thanks H4F, I don't know how to do any of the things you said.
Am not sure why I want the address or if I do. Just curious I guess!!

IF he sent it to her it most likely was BCC - blind copied so that the address doesn't show

Hi Dawn,
What a louse! Doesn't it feel good to have concrete evidence that they absolutely cannot deny?
You might consider changing your email address. If OW has your address, it's possible to guess your password and access your mail.
Sometimes you do have to wonder about God's plans. When my son discovered his W's relationship with OM, it was by complete accident in a situation that he normally never would have been in, a complete quirk of fate. The first time he saw WW with OM, it was also a quirk - shouldn't have happened. If he had not made these accidental discoveries, who knows when he would have learned the truth. Makes you wonder.
I bet your H was chagrined because of the mistake.

I doubt it TD...the man doesn't seem too good at "covering tracks". This probly sounds dumb, but if you'd want to send it to me I could try it? I've had to do it many times recently to track down viruses. I'd be happy to do it if it'd help.

Estes,
Thank you, I called WH at work and really laid it on. He is the boss and is to no better, he also sent it from his military account, which I could nail him for it big time!!
H4F, I will send it to you my yahoo account is notinsd2001@yahoo.com
Will keep the address but will change the password every few days for awhile.
Thanks for the replies, I am still so dumbfounded.
Dawn

You've got mail!
If the OW does ever email you, you can block her address...but I can't imagine she'd have much success in hacking in. You ought to put a couple of "dummy" letters in there from your Husband...telling you how he really just didn't care about the OW any more and that he wants to come home. You'd find out REAL QUICK if she hacked in, LOL!

Dawn- I am SOOO sorry about this... but it is definitely the sign of an unhealthy relationship and that she is not sure of his commitment and that she is very insecure about his dealings with you, HIS WIFE... ??/ See... I am so sure that the ow asked him to send your emails to her out of her insecurities.. it doesn't sound like a guy thing that he would just think up to do??? /does it? you know your H better than I do.... what a bimbo/// - don't worry the light will come out..
my fil's ow... he actually married her... he was an attorney and she was a waitress... well later in their marriage.. she cheated on him with another woman and left him for the woman??/ go figure.. what did he really expect? payback is so real, and we don't have to do it... karma.. what comes around goes around... remember that,... he will get his.
Hugs to you, Honey

this may not be helpful, but I have a girlfriend that when she sends email i send her to another account it sometimes comes back to me. So maybe he was sending her your emails and it forward his letter and your email to you.
Does that make sense. lol
any way this happens on yahoo alot.
I am sorry you had such a blow, I know that must have been hard.

Honestly...read between these lines:
"Hi OW, Some reading material for you, I wouldn't want you to get bored"
Because if you do you might just decide to find yourself another cyber sidedish...
"I realize I haven't kept you in the loop on some of the e-mails between the STBX and me lately."
Ooops, I'd better check in or she'll get woofy...
"It's not because I'm trying to keep anything from you,"
Actually, I keep LOTS from you but wouldn't want you to know, so I'll give you assurances to the contrary to keep myself out of trouble...
"just very busy and always thinking about "us"."
so busy thinking about US that I clicked on my wifes name when I went to forward these letters...

Daybreak----I feel your pain. UGH!!!! On our anniversay, WS sent me an e-mail from OW's address. I was so confused when reading it cause I thought it was from her....then I realized WS sent it using her address. Talk about pain!!!!! I know it was a mistake cause he was still sneaking around with OW after we were separated out of shame so I know he did not do it on purpose. (no--on second thought, I don't know that)
Sure is hard to understand but I know everyone is right when they say that their ain't much gonna hold that relationship together. It does sound shakey but my question is, Do we want them back after all this? I have been praying that God would make it very clear to me whether my WS is jerking me around (as he flops back and forth) OR is his life unmanageable that he needs help. I have to know an answer in order to know where to turn next. God promises to guide and direct our paths so keep seeking God's help.
Sorry for your pain---but glad you let loose on the louse. I think a little confronting is good for the soul.
TW

tw and Orchid,
Thanks for the responses.
I am laughing now, and it feels good!!! I just went over and shared with my mom and she is still setting across the street laughing. All she can say is that this is not the man that I married. And how could he have been so stupid?
Orchid "To dumb to be a WS" My thought if you're this dumb you shouldn't be a WS!!
I guess after talking to mom the one thing that I would've liked to have asked in the phone conversation was are you sending these or is she requiring you send these e mails. Oh Well, I guess I could have fun shaken their world for a few days, any suggestions that don't get me in to toomuch trouble?
Dawn

LMAO! Here Here!!! No kiddin .... the above translation regarding the quote from Dawn's H is so TRUE, H4F.
I'm sorry that you received this email, Dawn. But sometimes God helps us out with little tid bits so we can follow a path He is setting for us. I think you're suppose to have this information/email so you can see how ridiculous your H is acting.
Your H is certainly making a lot of excuses to someone that's suppose to be his SOUL MATE. And seems OW may not be so understanding after all, and your H not so honest ... WELL DUH!
What a pair ... partners in crime. And what TRUST they share .... LMAO!
Be strong, Dawn. I know things are coming down to the wire for you, at least last I heard from you. Know that there have been so many affair-based marriage break-ups on the D/D board lately, we can't keep count. My theory is it's the '2000 MB Group's fallout .. 2 YEARS LATER, just like Harley states.
So point is, stay strong. Keep bettering yourself. Don't let this stuff get you down. You are doing great, a true MB'er personified. I'm proud of you.
Love,
