Sunday afternoon I spent a great deal of time in prayer and reflection. And for the first time in 4 years I really understood something. Our "affair" 4 years ago was the single most selfish and hurtful thing I have ever done. It was wrong of me, and I hurt Bill very much in the process. I have recently told him the whole truth - including the occassional contact I have maintained by phone. In deceiving Bill and myself, I have hindered our real attempts at reconciliation.
I am now going to end our communication - for now and the future. I am doing this so that I can turn my full focus on the man I love - Bill - and our relationship which is so fractured. I ask that you not contact me in the future - I will share any future attempts to contact me with Bill.
