Hi everyone-
Just had to write in and say I have had NC with H since I called the W and that also hurts that he hasnt tried calling to explain or apologize or anything(not that it would help!). I know most of you said he wouldnt, but it is still tough for me to grasp (actually so are all the lies I found out). Night time is the WORST. I have to take pills to sleep as I havent slept well all week. Lying in the dark with the silence (and the truth)eats me ALIVE and is SO HARD..it is pretty unbearable. Yesterday I started getting angry about it and wanted to call him and blast him so bad, but I got through it some how.
T alk to me..........

Lilly,

Weekends on MB are really slow... It's just the way this forum works.

I know it's hard but you need to find ways of distracting yourself. Many BW and BH also want to go blast the OPs in their lives, but the majority of them find things to do to distract themselves for those thoughts or acting on it and you will need to too.

BS also want to blast the WS too -- but many of us here work very hard at doing a good plan A -- which means we work very hard not to blast (we don't always succeed) but we work to do that.

I understand .. keep posting, find stuff to do .. he's really not worth the engery you are spending on him.
