Married 2x; 15 yrs the 1st time, 18 mo. the 2nd. I've been both the BS (2nd M) and the OW (after 2nd M). The pain is unbearable from either side but for me - personally - being the OW hurts more. I can't control the actions of someone else. The fact that I was betrayed was my H's fault. The fact that I was an OW was mine. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd be introduced to this roller coaster ride from ANY side - let alone 2 of them.
If I can help just one person avoid the pain from EITHER side then I've done well to be here.
