12-13-02 Found out H having A
12-17-02 Sent NC Letter
12-18-02 (approx) changed cell #
12-13-02 to onoing, seeing pastor for couseling
1-17/18-03 Going to Marriage Conference
1-19-03 H admitted still talking to OW/Ex BF, trying to rekindle the relationship. Supposedly no intercourse.
1-21-03 H moved out w/OW
1-27-03 H says He loves OW/She loves him
2-20-03 WH yells tells me to not be optimisitc (while i am now crying) that he will never come back to me. He has been miserable the WHOLE marriage
3-3-03 WH said wants to go over divorce kit papers. says is never coming back, for me to stop being optimistic. wh says he loves ow. they are planing to marry.
4-4-03 WH stopped direct deposit. will not give me/kids anymore money.
5-30-03 Served by WH--divorce papers
6-14-03 First contact/attempt to ask to see his kids since March '03
8-03 Divorce pending.
8-27-03 Mediation-set up temporary visitation schedule. Court ordered OW must not be present at least 1/2 the visit time.
8-29-03 STBX called, has been absent from kids cuz OW wont let him call. |
