Hi everyone. Just wanted to say hi and let you know I am past 3 weeks NC. My emotions range from depression most of the time to anger/rage when I think about her, which is most of the time. I am checking myself for the traps I got into all the other times I tried NC. This time I am listening to my wife and following her requests. My life is still very screwed up, but it is slowly straightening out. Every day I am trying to become stronger. I am trying to be a better person and live a clean life. Its been hard for me, I won't lie. I don't know what will happen with me, all i know is I want to keep NC. Over and out.

I was wondering how you two are doing...congratulations!
I experience rage, still, too much of the time, so it does take awhile to wear off. It helps me to remind myself that nobody wants to hear the ranting speeches I am preparing in my head. I can yell at the wind, but I suspect it doesn't want to hear, either.

Hi everyone, just passing through <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> Just in case you wonder about Blah....well I will tell you this much, today is his 4-week NC and he goes up and down,but most of the time, I think he is all right. He is training hard for his upcoming marathon on Nov 1 just before he becomes Blah35! Well,he runs like crazy, I believe that is indeed therepeutic for him <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> As for us, we will start our MC next week (were looking for one, including the MC we had 3-session with in June,due to commitment to her was not fully made, she stays with her principal which I respect and understand.(she was also Blah's IC for a short while) Anyway, we are trying to "live" together and go from there.... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> Wangi <small>[ October 05, 2003, 09:13 PM: Message edited by: wangi ]</small>
