As most, I have lurked on this site before. I think there is a lot of useful information which is why I am here now. I have a date this weekend with a woman that I am really interested in. And I have not been real active in dating over the last few years. I generally treat a lady well. But I would like to hear from you on what impresses you on first dates or any for that matter. Please don't consider any tip too insignificant. I know it's the little things that matter. Thank you.

I was the BS. Divorce was four years ago, married for ten years, and there were no children. I am forty yrs old. I have dated several times over the last two years but nothing serious. I have never had the urge to get serious with someone until I met her. We work in the same building. I guess I have lost dating confidence which was never a problem in my younger days. I am very attracted to her, probably too attracted to keep it in a proper perspective.
