Its over.

Now its my turn.

To hell with being the bigger person.

A note to everyone, never ever throw rocks if you live in a glass house.

you SPEAK no evil that endagers your relationship with your children..

You make NO ACTION that hinders your ACCESS to your children...

You put your children first no matter what crap you have to suck up or into...and make your moves from there...

You can either be part of the chaos or not...
when children are involved...choose wisely...

so spill it...

What is the alternative to being the bigger person?

The smaller person?
The meaner person?
The cruelest person?
The most vicious person?

What is your intent in life?

What is your goal?

Hello again all,

I wrote what I did yesterday because I was pissed off and venting. Yesterday my BS decided to show me that she is really finished with our M. She decided she wanted to call our finance company for the auto loan for my car. She decided to tell them that we'd decided to default on the loan and return my car. Fortunately my brother was using my car for the afternoon when they showed up looking for it. They called me and its what alerted me to the whole mess.

I spoke with them and straightened that out. I was teaching a new employee how to use our systems when my HR director came into the training lab and asked if my supervisor was in. This was like 15 minutes after taking the call from my finance company. I told her no, he was at a doc appt. Asked if it was anything I could take care of and I got a hurried no in reply.

I finished teaching my class and went to see my HR director as I knew by then why she was there. I walked into her office and closed the door behind me and sat down. I told her I thought I knew why she had come down and explained the call I received from my finance company. I went on to say that judging from that, she could probably expect a call making allegations against me. She told me she already had and I was right, that was what she had come down to my dept for.

She told me she would discuss it when my boss got back and not to worry. When boss got back we went right up and sat down to talk. Someone called and spoke with the HR director and made an anonymous tip that I was a drug dealer and sold drugs to her daughter. So then and there I was put on admin leave for the rest of the afternoon until I had a whiz quiz done. I went straight out and pee'd in the cup and was back at my desk when I wrote the first post here.

I'm going to do nothing overt to cause her any hurt. Save tell the truth when it comes time to in her domestic violence case. No, I'm not being vindictive. I came to this decision sometime earlier this week after going to IC and talking about it. Honesty had been a problem for me for a long time. I'd made a personal commitment to being honest in all my affairs when I started my personal recovery in IC. Every time after I went to court on her behalf and lied, I could not sleep for the next two or three nights. I've had nightmares about getting caught in lies on the stand. I made the decision and told noone, even you guys till now. She does not even know that I am going to tell the truth. I had planned on talkingn with her and explaining that I would try my best to minimize things but I could not lie about it. Now she will just have to wait and see what happens.

Ohh yeah, its soooo fun getting followed around by the same two cars for an hour. Last night I ran to the office to bring someones personal PC back that I worked on for them on the side. I dropped it off in the office and decided to stop at a friends on the way back to my families house. When I left, as I turned the corner I saw a car back up the street flip its lights on. For the next hour, that car and a Pickup followed me around columbus, ohio. I know I was being followed when I took them accross the north end of town, down to I70, back out to the east side and and back up 270 to the sawmill exit.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA.............

Just got a call from my finance manger/accountant... BS tried calling to get info on my investments I had going into our M. After yestrday I had my atty check into what I needed to worry about those investments, if she was entitled to any of them... etc.

Well, because I had them prior to us becoming a marital unit and coupled with the fact I made no contributions to them during the M, she has no right to them whatsoever. She can try to sue for them but my atty assured me that ultimately she has no right to them and no judge will award them to her anyway.

The funny thing she does not know is that I am going to transfer those funds into a trust for the kids (including my DSD) to be used for their college. Even funnier is I don't plan on telling her at all. I'll let her think whatever she wants to.

And to restate things, I am planning to merely tell the truth in her court case and let her deal with that. I will not appear to testify in her daughters custody case unless called in by either party. If I am called, I'll have to tell the truth there as well.

Found out why the BS decided to try and screw me over. Her family came out to her house and caught her with OM in the middle of her PA she's having with him. From what I was told by my MIL and FIL on the phone a few minutes ago, they had suspected OM was still coming around and spending the night even though BS insisted he wasn't and his truck had not been seen there.

Well, they found out he was meeting her at the bar she works at and having him park there and taking him home to her house to spend the night and play house. According to my MIL and FIL, they've cut her off support-wise (babysitting, loans) and told her she was out of both of their wills. Both of them told me as well that her A supposedly started before mine did and still is going on.

By the way,

I know a lot of people will jump on the oppurtunity to say that her family should mind their own business, but the man she's bringing around my children is a piece of crap. Not my words or opinions, I don't know him from adam.

In-laws insist he's a piece of crap who is unemployed, drinks every day, (possibly) uses drugs, (allegedly) beat his last girlfriend, and so on ... etc.. So I am a bit concerned for my kids. And so are my inlaws.

Will keep you posted.
FYI- Wiz Quiz came back negative accross the board... Glad I studied so hard.. 8-)

I've been following your story for a while now. I was just wondering how you are doing? How are the kids handling all of this. I hope this OM is not exposing them to his drinking and drugs. If you have proof of that you should have no trouble getting custody.

Good Luck.
