Has anyone ever used this? Is it a rip off or does it give accurate information? To give some background, I was searching to find the phone number of a friend from college on white pages.com. Nothing came up, but an ad for peoplefinders did come up. For fun, I typed in my WS name to see what would come up. A teaser sample report came up saying he has or had a mailing address in a local area near where we live. He never lived in this are prior to our getting married! I'm a little suspicious. If I buy the report, it is suppose to give more detail. I thought I would ask on here if anyone ever used it or heard good/bad before I send off my credit card info.

Never used peoplefinder, but I have used bigfoot.com. I had the person's name and state. From that, I was able to get address and phone number.

I didn't use people finder but something similar when I was looking up an old neighborhood friend. It was www.efindoutthetruth.com it cost me next to nothing and the information was great. They supplied me with everything I was looking for except an email address. Good Luck.

1FM - If it's a home phone number, try entering it at google (just do a search on the phone number). You can often find out name and address that way. Use the xxx-xxx-xxxx format. Though sometimes this info is out of date (I've been in my house 2 years, and it's still shows the prior person.) Also try whitepages.com; Click on Reverse Phone.

If it's a cell phone number (which is all I had, initially), there are sites out there that do "reverse cell phone lookups", which will give you name and address. The cheapest one I could find was around $80, though I forget where that was. Just do a search on "reverse cell lookup".

Are you talking about the Ultimate PeopleFinder at www.know-x.com?
If not, this is a pretty good service.
