I'm "TRYING" to keep your thread alive despite numerous complaints about "language" and the length of a thread that has no MB concepts or support. So many complaints that I've tried to edit BEFORE the emails. Evading the language filter by adding ** or $#@ does not make the words acceptable as we all know the intention. Is this the only thread with complaints? No,,and I try catch as many of those as I can also. But with hundreds of posts a day, I can't possibly do all of them. I have defended this thread (and the other one) as an escape from the tension we all experience while on this rollercoaster. And I occasionally <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> DO see MB concepts being used. I am not trying, in any manner, to hassle anyone here or pick on any particular poster or thread. If you want this thread to stay alive, please help by monitoring yourselves. And instead of complaining about edits or your moderators on a thread in an open forum, please email with any questions or comments. I'm more than happy to respond via email.... Justuss, point taken about the language.
The complaints, however, I have never understood.
If the people complaining about us actually read between the lines and past all the silliness, all they will see is a group of people supporting each other and just plain old friendship.
This thread (and the other one) has brought most of us on it through some pretty dark moments in our lives and marriages.

We are of great support to each other. Just not in the conventional serious way that others are, doesn't make are support for each other any less. We are all very connected and very much working on our M, just so happens we keep it all on one thread. I will defend our Idiotville to the death of me!!!! WOW! Looks like I popped in just in time - or in this case in "Justuss time"... Thanks for the clarification sir, or ma'am - I still don't know which, anyway - thanks for the heads up - sounds (reads) like you at least SOMEwhat like what's going on here...hate that you have to defend us, but, well, I'll say it... YES!!!!! Please keep our little thread alive - yes, most days we're more than silly, and we sound like idiots (thus the name <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" /> ), but the truth is, this IS a refuge for many of us...we either get trashed or ignored on other threads...and, well, there are so many other threads that push the hurt we're all going through/have gone through...our "little" group has grown to a not-so-little group, and the truth about that is we'd love for it to continue growing. We've yet to turn anybody down who wants to join in our discussions. And the topics are so varied - from MB concepts (oh the many times we've encouraged each other to PLAN A!!!! their little selves to the death) to the Bible, to what each other are wearing to the office that day...but, well, I like to think of us as the little "Island of Misfits" - you know, like the Christmas special, with the elf that wants to be a dentist - so he ends up at the Island of the mis-fit toys, the ones that were discarded because they didn’t look and act just so….ugh!!! I digress… There have been other threads that started the same...but after a few days, the posters either got bored, or well, I don’t know. I'm sorry their threads didn't make it...but I hope that won't cause us to be banned, because, although several of us are in Recovery, there are many more who visit this thread who are not...you can only soak up so much pain before it starts affecting you in a strange way. And, I’m sure anybody in recovery will tell you it’s an ongoing thing – I’m 3yrs out from H’s EA/PA, yet, just when we thought it was over, he confessed to more – threw us right (almost) back to the start…uh well, nevermind... Anyway, thanks for trying to keep us straight! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" /> Oh, and, if you can, can you post one more time and tell us if you're M/F, and - are you NOT allowed to post with us? See? I'd pictured Justuss as female in a very Joan of Arc-ish type of way....
With the double entendre of "just us" & justice, I assumed female...because the words "just us" are ones we girls refer to ourselves as ("just us girls") and "justice" because tho I'm certain many of our male friends would love to see justice, it's....I dunno....a word I see women using more....
Maybe Justuss will enlighten us...or maybe he or she will let us Idiotians conjecture ourselves sillier than we already are....

KY - I started saying "For the love of Pete" after seeing Shrek...then, I met you <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> ...now I say "For the love of CHOCOLATE"
As for NG's sugar - I've said that one for MANY years - there's no mistakin it for a bad word, and "shoot" is usually followed by "bang" - "sugar" just stops people and makes 'em laugh...and, I don't think there's anything wrong with that, but well, who am I to say??

My 7YO son just came downstairs from bed with his underpants full of jellybabies. I asked " whay are your underpants full of jellybabies?". He replied "I don't like them too cold". He went off , singing and marching wih a quarter pound of jellybabies in his gusset.
