Good morning Idiotville. What happened to the night shift? What a bunch of slackers.

Robby - You learn any marriage building principles from the book yet?

Good morning Mayor, Believer, all other Idiots.

Robby - I'm glad Kiwi changed her name back - I get confused easy and that was over the top.

What book The 5 Langauges ...??? Tell me how it is ---- like Cliff Notes. Still really can't bring myself to read anything on the sit. I get past the 1st chapter and then it hits too close to home and the book gets shut. Oh well, I guess I'm an Idiot and a Chicken too!

Brown - I don't think Robby has read the book. He's been keeping it under his pillow, thinking he will absorb the information by osmosis. He doesn't like to read.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD Morning Idiotville!

Brown, and Idiot and a Chicken? Wow, that is tough.

The 5 love languages teaches you how to love your S the way they feel loved. We all feel love in different ways. It isn't an A book.

Welcome
T and LIT, I'm going to like you guys.

Robby, the game was so INCREDIBLY AWESOME. We had great seats, the Spartans are CRAZY. We didn't tailgate, too cold, too old, we went to lunch though.

Liny, we had a great time. I'll just pretend I didn't see your post. Idiot!!!!

RH, I feel the same way. When this thread, Jelly I mean, RIP, started it was such a blessing, there is so much pain, and when I am in pain, I joke, I laugh. It is how I deal with things. It is a very unwelcomed practice to most, so Idiotville was a place I could just be myself. I tried the banter on other threads, I froze them. I love Idiotville!!! LOVE IT, like CHOCOLATE!!!!

Tonight I play volleyball. One more of my big passions in life. ST is actually going to come watch me. He never use to. I have played on this league for 15 years, he might have came one time. Tonight he wants to. We play two great teams. I'll let you know if we win. Last week was the first week, I was barely even sore.

This old age thing SUCKS!!

At the heart of mankind's existence is the desire to be intimate and to be loved by another. Marriage is designed to meet that need for intimacy and love.

We must be willing to learn our spouse's primary love language if we are to be effective communicators of love.

Good morning Idiots! I am so happy to have a new home!

I had too much "whine" of my own last night, and never made it back to Idiotville - no whining and driving for me! Instead, I watched paycheck and ate a bowl of ice cream

Robby - I can second your notion. I would rather be in recovery in coooooool, friiiiigid, MI, than separated here. Hmmmmmm - more of an excuse to snuggle in a warm bed with a nice, warm, soft, cuddly person!

Good morning, Brown, LINY (when you get out of bed) T, Believer, and KY!

I had waffles with butter and syrup for breakfast I suppose there are a couple of benefits of being single!

You know, Mr. Mayor......

Reading your sig line, I decided I needed to watch Finding Nemo again - such a great little flick ("You made me ink!" )

Then I looked for it, and guess what............................................................................................................................................?

STBXH took it! Can you believe it? He took Finding Nemo! OK, so it was a gift to him from me. But come on! I need a squishy way more than he does!

Ok, so I'm not really angry with him.....he's really a good person - he just doesn't know it yet.

For breakfast I had Quiche and wheat toast, sausage links and oranges, then an hour later, I started eating what is left of the Puppy Chow (the edible, delicious, chocolate kind)

Oh, we had company this morning, not our normal KY/ST breakfast. I made it special today for my brother and fam.

I'm so tired, I had 2 Rasp. Rita's last night, I just can't handle the drink. I'm beat. Almost nap o'clock, love Sunday naps.

Just walked out to the garage, ST has his truck all tore apart. The mans mind amazes me, how does he know how to fix that kind of stuff??

OOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHH KY - I like your breakfast. You wanna come over and make some quiche for me (come hither eyes batting lashes)???? ha ha!

I've never made a quiche. Just the word alone scares me. Ate many a few, though - good stuff!

You must be quite the cook!

Just so I can talk about some MB principles as well.......

Do any of you think the "5 Languages" would be a good read even if you are in the middle of a D and don't really have a partner to work on?

Or has anyone found any book that is good for discovering how to "love yourself?" I like myself OK......but haven't made it to loving myself yet.

A good cook, no not really, I just love to cook, I do it with passion. You know when you love to do something, you do it to the best of your ability and enjoy every minute, that is me. I cook everyday except Friday dinner. We go out then. I even make lunch, everyday, kid friendly, but I'm pretty much always in the kitchen.

I would have to say it was more like a Strata, instead of Quiche, there was no crust. Super easy, and extra delicious. Knocked my SIL socks off.

We just watched Shrek 2 with the boys the other night. ST and I was cracking up. Oh, and we had the big bowl of Halloween candy on the floor with us during the entire show.

The 5 love languages is a good way to find out about anybody in your life, your kids, your parents, your friends. I actually have 3 girlfriends who have just read the book, and it is great to see them loving me the way I like to feel loved, they use it for everybody.

I actually haven't read it yet, (don't tell Robby) I just heard it was a great read, to help improve relationships.

Self love books, I try and find a list. Everybody talks about them on here.

Thanks, KY - a girl at my work is reading it, and she said it was awesome. Thanks also for checking into self love books - my counseling group right now is trying to help me with that....

Now back to your regularly scheduled Idiot programming!

For those of you who don't care......I just bought a new little stereo yesterday.....complete with DVD and surround sound (minisystem)! Yea!

Going to spend most of the day baking sweet breads, and cookie bars
