Monday Night Football? I can do that in my living room. I'm sure H will turn it on as soon as he comes home.
We're having salad for supper. Also made a pot of chili I will have tomorrow night. It's always better the 2nd day, just like soup and stew.
I hope it turns colder. Chili is no fun when it's hot outside. It will guarantee indigestion, though. Note to self: take extra medicine before indulging in chili.

Nightshift here.
This is a bit of a downer post and doesn't really belong on Idiotville but I needed to talk to someone and I tell you guys everything.
Son's best friend rang him last night and told him he was separating from his w (married ONE YEAR) because he had feelings for someone else.
Well, H got up and left the room and I got all teary and said does he know what he's doing, does he know the devestation and pain he is going to cause.
I honestly don't think I can welcome that young man into my house again but that is so stupid given our circumstances.
Anyway, H was fine but he did say that any time something like that happens the elephant lands with a huge thump in the middle of the living room.
I'm not really looking for any comments just felt like I had to say something to you guys. I have ZERO tolerance for affairs these days.
