Believer, the sea was chocolate milk brown this morning, and the weather man said the swells were at 8 ft. I STILL saw guys heading for the ramp with their boats....effing zealots! Last week, we had picture perfect fishing weather, and the sea was trout green. Today, we finally have "cold" weather. It's in the 40s. People here are freaking. Dorks. The guy at the checkout at HEB asked me if it was still cold and going on about how he hates the cold. Um, hello? The sun's not even up - it's not really that cold, and my throat feels like I've swallowed glass....I'm THANKFUL for the cool weather. Hot and humid (like it was yesterday) would be miserable for me right now (it was in the 80s yesterday). And dude wants to chit chat. Personally, I think he liked hearing my husky 1-900 # type voice. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" /> (sip of TheraFlu) Okay. I'm delirious. I'm rambling. Someone talk to me...... Sing me a song....SOMETHING! Mornin' Idiots.

Good morning Idiotville, your 411 information lady checking in. It is 40 degrees in sunny Southern California this morning and to us wimps that is COLD. Had a minor fender bender on our lovely overcrowded LA freeway yesterday. The woman rear ended me. No damage to speak of to my car and I am feeling ok this am. Poor thing was so freaked out, she was a lovely Korean woman and her little girl was crying. So I got her name, address and phone # (I gave her all of my insurance info)but since she was so shook up I told just to call me. My H thought I was an IDIOT, because I didn't even write down the license plate of the car. oops, but I was certain this woman would call...and she did!
Well that is my story this morning, I have to get ready for work. DS already off to school on the bus and DD needs to get her rear end of the couch and ready for school.

PS Is the mole hard to make? I love mole and the last time I got it in a restaurant it was AWFUL! Some novelle cuisine mexican restaurant that made it too sweet, yuck.

GC - Go to your drugstore and buy Halls Defense Multi Blend with vitamin C, Echinacea and zinc. Pop a few of those and you'll be feeling MUCH better by the days end. I also drink GoodEarth brand parmaceutical tea. It's got meadowsweet flower, thyme, licorice root, plantain leaf, echinacea, elder flower and peppermint. Very good, and just sniffing the steam helps.

Housewifes tip circa 2004.... to get over that annoying bug drop 3 Berocca tabs into half glass of ICY cold water, pour in one can of Red Bull , to get those wings on your shoulders because your an angel doing all that housework, then quarter bottle of vodka, some crushed ice, shaken but not stirred......... drink if you dare........you'll feel NOTHING for about 3 days & should be over the bug by then.......... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

Mornin' to you RIF. I am doing well this morning. Had MC last night and I think we are headed in the right direction. H is still in the angry phase but at least he can talk about it. The main thing stuck in his mind is that he feels I didn't choose him back then, that he was just the default after I decided FOM would not be a good step father. I understand how he feels, but I know it is not true. I did chose him just failed to let him know that all these years. He is doing a great job of working it all out in his mind why I did not tell him the truth. He has grown so much these past few months. I really love him! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> For you sickies, if you have Trader Joes in your area they have a tea called Throat Coat. Great stuff to at least help with the yucky throat. Hope you feel better soon, my H is sick too. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" />
