Bob, funny joke and I'm glad you made AW smile as well.

Did you read further back about poisonous bunnies, eating snakes, huge babies etc.

Hilarious - if you don't be sad today.

BTW Bob, you KNOW this stuff takes time - remember what I told you when you first came here. Life returns very much to normal. In the early days we often said - no A talk tonight, let's just give it a rest for a day or two. I have to say, though, it still comes up every now and then but with nothing like the intensity of the early days.

Gotta go Idiots - it's dinner time here and we're not eating snake, roo tails, liver or poisonous bunnies.

We're having good old lamb.

Well I leave for a couple of hours and you guys start a whole new page! Way to go nightshift!!!

Hey Bob - Great joke!!! We get tons of care packages over here and invariably there will be some ahem- female specific products in the boxes...

Hey Jen - How was the lamb???

AW - TOO FUNNY!!! But I've gotta ask... does the toilet paper roll from the top or the bottom??? (and I ALWAYS put the lid down... with 4 other women in the house, I'm a bit outnumbered!)

We're doing great - its a sign of how well we're doing that much smaller stuff affects us these days.

Wnat to know the truth , that will get me eaten on any other thread ? I don't want to hurt Squid anymore. Prising R talk out of her humilates her and makes her upset.

She DOES it because I ask her to but she is so deeply ASHAMED of the A, the lies and her hurt of my and the kids she doesn't ever want to mention it again. She only wants to work on making us happy and making amends.

Its sad that some of that requirs that we examine the reasons and behaviours that enabled the A but Squid doesn't know what WE know about affair dynamics and she thinks I'm just (reasonably)obsessing. She doesn't see these discussions as a healing process, but as some kind of reckoning against her.

Jen, between OM GF and Squid I know just about everything about the A except what skin hit what skin. And I am not at all sure that will help me to know.

I don't want to keep prodding and hurting her because I love her. Thats why I want a moratorium for a while, maybe over the holidays.
I want to start concentrating on changing our behaviours instead of digging the bones of the A.

I know enough already. Trouble is, Squid needs to know a little more about hrself... * sigh *

Have a nice day Jen. Don't let that bird at at work grind you down hon.

'Morning Ivile,

Bob--Great joke! Hope you are feeling better. Saw your post on FH's thread on forgiveness, hope you read his response.

AW--Your DD is hilarious, she will make a great mom some day. Liked your men's class too, maybe I should send the invite to my H.

RIF-morning thanks for your post to me. Counting down for you

Morning Mayor--how ya doing in your tight quarters? More Shrek 2 for ya?

Off topic - can you all prayer for my DS. I am getting ready right now to take him to the ER. My little guy is disabled, has asthma and propenstity to get pnuemonia. Looks terrible this am and possible pnuemonia. Hopefully they will give him a breathing treatment, a chest x-ray, antibiotics and send us on our way. That has been the case in the past. H and I are at cross roads, we think we are going to have to pull him out of school. He has not done well this year since starting full days and I may have to quit my job. My job is the main source of income for our household and carries all the benefits as well. So please pray for healing for my DS and wisdom for us. Life is not easy but I trust the God will lead us down the right path. He is always there for us.
