Actually, mr mayor, I have a proud family tradition of blacksmithing... too bad the skills got lost somewhere along the line and I am all thumbs.... But if you show up with your horse to be hooved I'll give it my best shot.
Believer, I'm working at the uni here in Tokyo. Its incredibly cramped (space costs are astronomical, since its Tokyo) but I'm constantly amazed at how well you can work in a tiny space!

I'm doing good. The AD's have kicked in and life's looking a whole lot better.
Weird to need the AD's for something completely unrelated to the A but, I'm not joking, the woman at work was driving me cuckoo. Rob met her the other night at our christmas function and he said "she's very strange - I can see why you have so much trouble with her."
It was the first christmas party she's ever been to in the department. So, I take a bit of credit for that. Everyone was amazed that I got her along to it.

you work at a uni too? I do labwork mostly. In fact I'm typing this while wearing my labcoat....yes, I should be working right now.
I actually met a kiwi yesterday who works here too. Can't go anywhere without bumping into aussies and kiwis.
