</font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">ironic thing is, all my life i have been so hard on myself, always said bad things internally, having that internal battle of beating myself up and defending myself at the same time. but now, i can look at my mistakes and just learn from them, no more beating myself up. what i realize is that all that did, other than make me feel worse, is keep me from learning from my mistakes.

i must also say, i am now 100% sure ADs have played a role in allowing me to let my mind have more control over me than my feelings.
