Hey here's LINY's Horriblescope for today
Cancer: These next few weeks present you with various opportunities to expand your comfortable vision of love into a larger picture. Even if you are already in an intimate relationship, this current transit of Venus in Sagittarius can encourage you to seek ways to put love in action, instead of just feeling it. Don’t fight the lessons that this can bring into your life.

Kewl

(I hope I'm gonna be a lucky girl, lucky girl, lucky girl .... lalalalalala)

If you believe in this sorta thang!

Are you going to explain, Robby?

It was funny (weird) seeing Robert - it's my H's name.

Brown and Liny,

I too am Cancer and this is mine for today -

hysical attraction
This influence usually arouses your interest in finding or enjoying a partner and contributes to the physical side of a sexual relationship. But its energy may cause discord, especially if there are hidden tensions in the relationship. A reasonably healthy relationship will have little difficulty during this time. But if your relationship is in trouble, you will probably have arguments and other forms of discord, all arising from unexpressed sexuality. If you are not currently involved in a sexual relationship, you will probably be inordinately attracted to find a partner, without being very discriminating. Therefore this is not the best influence under which to start a relationship, since it may be based only on physical attraction.

Well now, there you go! For me this means stay home tonight or I might get myself in trouble. And for you this means - YES!!!! tonight is the night for amore!

Morning Idiotville!

And yes, LINY, you are correct in that the N/S is slacking without RIF around. (But I don't mind, less pages to catch up on.)

Hi idiotsville

are we all happy tonight/today? Hope so.

OK I took Aussie to the Xmas pary today for the regiment. Still had his little plastic wrist thingy on from the hospital and surprise surprise so did a lot of his team that turned up.
Us wives just sort of looked at each other and said 'yep'.
So lots of beer, whiskey, Jim Beam, vodka, red white wine & me with a water & ice, so exciting.

Well he got well & truly pissed and I got him to bed a while ago. hope it can do him some good to see his mates and let off some steam.

We have so much to talk over but I feel he can hardly handle waking up in the mornings right now. Its like we are not real but some hell hole in Iraq is.

Just have to keep telling myself, Aw one day at a time , one day at a time.

Ok while sleeping beauty is snoring his head off whats been happening guys?

I heard a whisper that LINY is funny - Monty Python funny. Well I'm waiting for evidence ?????????

ANY EVIDENCE???

WAITING????

And a special hello to some new idiots Dobie, Steve and Leigh who may be lurking...I like lurking.....lol

Oh sorry got very mixed up you actally MEANT lurking didn't you
My mind was a million miles away, well about 30 feet actually
Damn all these rushing hormones, I'm gonna have a cool shower, followed by a cold shower, followed by a colder shower.
REPEAT as many times as needed.

KY: Rewritten. Thank you.

AW: I can see where Justuss will be all over your *** (pre-edited to save Justuss some work ).

Oh well, life goes on. Or life's beach and then you die. Whatever (or as Brown says 'whateva' - I like that.)

EEEK. And a good morning. Is this the NS or the day shift? I am way too wired.

AW, I am saying a prayer for you and Aussie. The life of a military family sucks sometimes doesn't it? Be strong.

Okay, where are all the residents if Insane Ville. Need them this morning. I am in MAJOR freak out mode and getting ready for Round 10,000 of the Plan starts this afternoon.

Believer, are you around? COuld you have a look at the I quit the Plan A thread and tell me if I am nuts? Oh sorry, I know the answer. I mean, am I missing anything.

In the upcoming Christmas spirit, I need a rum (151 ) and eggnog. SOmewhere in the world it is after noon, right?

Okay, I am breathing.

Morning Idiots -

AW - Hang in there. Things will get better. Just let Aussie gradually get back into things. Is there anything he likes to do? Like hunting kangaroos and hanging them on your line? Maybe that would be good for him.

How are you feeling?

F-again - I'll check it out.

YIKES! I checked out my Virgo horrorscope. I hate it when it is sooo close to the real me!

quote:
Mutable Signs know how to go with the flow. They are adaptable and flexible and can change their form of expression to whatever a situation requires. Standing their ground is of little import to Mutable folks. These people would much rather conform to the norm, so long as their doing so will help the greater good. Luckily, Mutable individuals are versatile and find it quite easy to change. Consider them the chameleons of the Zodiac, since they can take on varied personae.

Mutable people are blessed with a tremendous resourcefulness. Talk about making lemonade out of lemons! They know how to squeeze that last drop of juice and make things better in the process. Those influenced by a Mutable Quality in their horoscope also enjoy learning, play fair and are diplomatic and well-liked by others. To their further credit, they are sharp, sympathetic and can see (via a sixth sense?) the essential elements of a situation.

Duty, responsibility and personal growth all contribute to the creation of a fully-realized being. We work for others as well as for ourselves; we are at service to those who need us, including our own being. There will be times when crises of health or faith will stand in the way of our best self. At those times, we must endeavor to heal ourselves (again, the focus of this House is on health) so that we can return to the work of realizing our sum potential, of serving our world.

The Sixth House also addresses the daily dailiness of life: what will I wear today? Do I need a haircut? Has the dog been fed? These simple matters keep our engines humming and enable us to do the more important work of our choosing. It's a patchwork quilt: the ability to serve others in health and through work which is both valuable and fulfilling.

Virgo is the sixth Sign of the Zodiac, to be exact, and that's the way Virgos like it: exacting. Those born under this Sign are forever the butt of jokes for being so picky and critical (and they can be), but their 'attention to detail' is for a reason: to help others. Virgos, more than any other Sign, were born to serve, and it gives them great joy. They are also tailor-made for the job, since they are industrious, methodical and efficient. The sense of duty borne by these folks is considerable, and it ensures that they will always work for the greater good.

Virgo is represented in modern Astrology by the Virgin, although this association should not be taken literally. Rather, Virgos tend to take on some of the qualities of a Virgin, things like modesty and humanity. Some might consider them repressed, although Virgins would argue that it's a noble quality, as opposed to a negative one. Most of all, Virgos enjoy indulging their practical and logical side and poring over their projects to the nth degree. To say these folks are good at fact-finding almost understates the case, since Virgos revel in their exacting (some would argue pedantic) behavior and are a whiz with minutiae. Virgins are an asset in the workplace as they can be counted on to get things right the first time, every time -- and no detail will be overlooked. They are also balanced and fair in their assessments in keeping with the Mutable Quality assigned to this Sign.

quote:
Today:
Saying that you're in a romantic frame of mind doesn't quite cover it. You're feeling nostalgic, emotional, compassionate and generous -- and if you're with someone you care about, you'll go all out to prove it to them.

NOw that is me! Picky, detail oriented. Always have a plan.
