**Justuss : sorry and thanks for the edits - I was feeling very emotional**

Anyhow the whomp *** was not needed after all. I did feel alittle anexious through most of the evening. Kinda like being under a microscope myself, b/c I'd be crazy to think the OW didn't want to know so details about me from her sis and her friend (unless she doesn't care about anything that has to do w/ LINY - I'm not sure about that).

I tried to look beautiful and be graceful and ladylike (I know it was a stretch), but I think I pulled it off. I didn't want to look like a S*** or an old lady (I'm only 37) or an old lady trying to look like a little girl (I know I'm not 16 or even 25). What know what I wore? (so, I'm going tell ya anyway - you don't havfta read it ). I wore a bright red turle neck sweater that match LINY's tie (wearing a red tie was a nice new thing for LINY - He looked so handsome - lucky girl, lucky girl, lucky girl, lalalala). I had on my ankle length black mole skin skirt with the slit up the back. I had funky black belt with the big buckle (I always loved that still from the 80's - this was my attempt to bring bad the "Big Funky Belts" ). I wore my black 4 inch shoes with the ankle straps (also a throw back disco-ish kinda shoe - I think they make your legs look so sexy). My make up was the usual (I didn't look like a clown or a hooker). I never really had problem with make. My hair - hum - well it was a little "big" (for me anyway). I tried to get it to look like the hairdresser did for the wedding I was in - I was pleased with that too (And no Robby you can'y borrow my outfit for Tuesday - and where are you anyway?!?! - we're all worried - ok we hardly noticed - and we're just re-typing what someone else already typed - b/c we're idiots - oooh sorry back to *Me*). I think I done real good! (I fooled them. I looked like .... I smelled like .... I sounded like .... I acted like .... a lady. I must have been a lady .... hahahahaha. They don't know about the whole cup story).

So over all - LINY looked sooooooo handsome. The Toasted Almonds were yummy, yummy, yummy. The Prime Rib just melted in your mouth. The conversation was happy and light (yes, I made small talk with the sis and her friend. The friend can be a little B****. They acted just a little "girlish" and were really "fake". For all their effort - they didn't realize it was "sport" for me - What's that line from 'fried green tomatoes' - "Face it girls! I'm older and I have more insurance!" Been there done that!!!). All and all a lovely evening. We made through (LINY & I) -*Together* (Oh and evening the night with a little SF for good measure )

Today, we'll attempt to do some shopping. MIL is taking the girls over night. So, I'll check in later (hehehehe I always saw that and hardly ever do - sorry)

{{{IDIOT}}} (You too Robby where ever you are????)

(Oh and 1 more thing - why are all you idiots in I-ville when U R @ work ?!?!?!?)

Brown, it sounds like you and LINY looked great and did this *together*. Very cool.

I bet he was really proud of you and pleased to have you with him.

Mom just came and took the girls to stay overnight....lots to do...right now we're just maxin' and relaxin'--something we NEVER get to do together!!!!
(I'd put another grin, but I maxed out responding to how proud and good I felt--WE felt!

Last I heard, Robby was talking to his wife (or himself) in Idiotville. I hope that something wonderful happened.

All you all must be out doing some last minute Christmas shopping! It sure is quiet here!

Me, I gave my daughter another lesson in parallel parking. Yuck. I can DO it, but I have trouble teaching it! Well, she goes for the test this Thursday....wish her luck!

LINY and Brown,

Sounds like you are doing really great! I loved Brown's outfit....quite a "looker", isn't she?

Hey, everyone, take care....hope the rest of your weekend goes well!

Yep, been shopping all day. Not my favorite thing to do, but... it must be done. IB called this morning. I was so excited he called and just chatted away about all kinds of things and then when I stopped talking he was kind of cold and uninterested. I guess he just felt an obligation to call because he felt he should check in just in case there were any problems. When I was so friendly and happy to hear from him I guess it bummed him out. Isn't that what I'm supposed to do in Plan A? It's so discouraging sometimes. Oh, well. He said he wasn't in the mood for Christmas shopping and that the only shopping he had done was his own. (Yeah, I know what he bought her and how much it cost. I know what stores he went to, and I can pretty well guarantee that it wasn't for me, so...) I asked him if he wanted to go early one day this week and shop together like we usually do. He said no, the only shopping he would be doing was his own... God get me through Christmas without losing it completely.

Can't stay on Iville all night tonight. Presents to wrap and Sunday School Lesson to prepare. Nobody's here, anyway.

Robby, where are you? long silence as Stars puts hand around ear to hear better.

I hate that it becomes a burden. So many people to buy for, so much expense, so much stress, so many activities for the whole month, and then it is all gone in a matter of minutes. Usually I love most of it, but this year my heart's just not in it. Maybe next year will be better.

Maybe it's best to just wait till the last minute, buy some things for people, come home and stuff them in bags and focus on something else. Like food - now there's the real deal!

I notice everyone keeps asking where the mayor is, did Starz try to fulfill her contract on FF and miss and take out the mayor instead? Hmmm, stay tuned, same bat channel, same bat time.....

There is a certain protocol to be followed in issuing a hit. The mayor never gave me final approval on the hit itself and identified target. Therefore... I am locked and loaded but still just on call. Besides I NEVER MISS!!!

By the way, when I got home tonight IB's and son's dog had brought me an entire dead deer and left it in the front yard. Yuck.

She is a beautiful, loving black lab who is also a packrat. Brings everything she can get her mouth around into the front yard. We have a yellow lab (both labs actually belong to my son. I also have three registered basset hounds and we have a Jack Russell terrier who doesn't like me or the oldest female bassett. She lives in the pen with the yellow lab.

I actually love the dog very much. Just tired of picking up after her.

Interesting parallel: I actually love my husband very much. Tired of picking up all his **** too.

She's a strong bugger! How far did she haul it? How big is it? Is it still fresh?

You know they call them Retrievers for a reason...

It was a full sized deer. My son's friend came by and said he saw it down by the creek day before yesterday. Someone shot it from the highway, I imagine. Trashy stupid people. Then the buzzards got to it yesterday and today it ended up in my yard. It's gone now - creek is about 300 yards from my house. Yes, she is a strong dog. Of course, what she is doing is true to her breeding. All labs are orally fixated - love to wag things in their mouth. The yellow lab is trained as a hunting dog - to retrieve ducks when they fall in the water. The black lab is gun shy, so she can't be a hunting dog. But she is sweet and loving and eats a lot and loves to ride in the back of the pickup truck.
