Hello Idiots,
LINY has been home all week and we've been very busy. (Once again I couldn't take time from work ... LINY didn't have to use all his up having babies. Anyways there's always next year, right?)
I just wanted everybody to know I'm not dead and will just jump in, since I couldn't read up on all the idiot goings-ons.
I miss everyone and wiil try and keep up (well, maybe ).
Christmas went okay, even though every year I say "I won't rush my kids out on Christmas Day to "do" dinner at my SIL". My poor children don't even really get to enjoy their presents .... not when the SIL wants every one there @ 12:30 for appetizers and Dinner is @ 2:00. I've weighed it out and I don't want to feed everybody either. Besides they would still be wanted to have Dinner @ 2:00 - I think that would be worse. LINY's sister is so strange - called him @ 8:30 AM to tell him about Christmas Dinner - then left message with MIL for "us" to bring something for dessert (we were raised right and never go anywhere empty handed) - then she called at 11:55 PM Christmas Eve to make sure she'd have enough places set and ask if the "baby" was still in a highchair - Sometimes -no all of the time I don't get her (I haven't in 13 years - why start now????). Oooooh next year !!!!!!!!
My family is easy - Christmas Eve - bring meatballs and whatever you'll be drinking. That's it!!!!
Anyway I also hear that RH is trying to "cheer" ... I guess I'll be unemployed here in Idiotville?!?!? I'll just have to be a "kept" woman by LINY (isn't that what retired cheer leaders DO?????)

Hi Brown - Good to hear from you again. I'm just happy that Christmas is over. We had a nice one though.
John - I think I'll stay with the shuffleboard.
AW - Hang in there girl. It can only get better from here. Let Aussie do his thing to return to "normal" life. Just thank God he is back safe.

I took my mother out and we did static line jumps for Mother's Day many years ago. She was only in her 30s at the time, so your mother definitely trumps it.
My poor father worked himself into a panic because we were a few hours late coming home from it. His former USAF soul had to ask, "Why jump out of a perfectly good airplane?" Dad, you didn't see that plane. Perfectly good was a big stretch of the truth.
When I win the lotto, we're going to check out Pamplona.

I always wanted to jump out of an airplane, but when my DS was born I realized it isn't a very responsible hobby for a parent. Oh well, maybe in another time in my life.
Liny--did you see my present for you on page 273?
AW-hang in there, how is A2's leg? Boy men are stubborn when it comes to being ill or going to the doctor!
Slept til 7:00 this am! Wow, never sleep past 6, must have been exhausted from yesterday. I still have a sink full of dishes and a mess to clean up. I feel like I worked all day, but we did have a good time.
Where is Steve? Steve how did you make it through the holiday??? Thinking of you.
Good to see you post Brown.

Good point. But if you get the chance, take a tandom jump. You will be attached to someone else. Well, to really enjoy it you might have to do two. To much panic first time to really enjoy it.

Welcome, John. Oh, I said that already, didn't I? Well, I am an idiot.
IB just left for town to "return the DVD's". That's fogspeak for "I'm going into town, sit in the parking lot of the DVD store and talk to her on the phone." Or maybe he's going to give her her Christmas present. Who knows? I do know what he gave her for Christmas. At a later date, maybe I'll tell what I know. But for now... He stopped at the barn to pick it up or maybe that was the fornication phone he picked up. It won't work out here, that's why he has to drive into town to call her.
IB's other brother is on his way here to celebrate Christmas tonight. He had to go into town now so he could be back when his brother gets here. He is extremely subdued this afternoon. I am praying that he will end this nightmare soon. I have slight reason to think he might be thinking fairly seriously of breaking it off with her. (Or he might just be getting ready to leave me.) He's been in the office all afternoon doing end of the year bookkeeping and record keeping of our finances. Who knows what that means? Sometimes I get my hopes up because I think he is going through a withdrawal of sorts. Actually, he does that whenever it's been more than 24 hours since he has seen or talked to her. I think she must have been out of town the last couple of days. Probably she's back, she paged him, and he is headed into town to talk to her. God is sending me all kinds of help, but so far I don't see any change much. Well, I am sorry to dampen everyone's day. Maybe he really is going into town just to turn in the DVDs. And maybe there really is a Santa Claus. Right. Check you guys later.

Starz
Sorry your going through this, I know its really hard this time of year.
No Santa?? Im going to have to talk to the Easter Bunny about that one. He was telling me just this morning about some fat guy with deer that tried to run him over when he was out for a jog.
Hes trying to get in shape ya know. He has a long hop coming up soon.

Starz, I know it is hard but can you give yourself a rest from worrying or wondering about what your WH is doing? Just take care of you and be the best Starz you can be. Make yourself happy. When I seriously thought my M was over and I was letting go of my H I felt so much better. I began to feel stronger. Of course it was then that he came back cuz he didn't like being a stranger in his own home.
{{{Starz}}}You are going to be ok.
